Builds and maintains multi-tenant government platforms in production, across Laravel 10 through 13 — both traditional Blade/Alpine stacks and modern Inertia.js + React + TypeScript stacks — and leads backend development on a Go microservices + Next.js member portal deployed via Kubernetes/ArgoCD GitOps.

Experienced integrating third-party SSO (OAuth2, encrypted callbacks), external SOAP/REST APIs, and payment gateways (SIMPONI/BRI) into mission-critical systems, including a state-revenue platform with automated billing and queued payment reconciliation.     • Built the ICAP FAQ platform (Laravel 12 + Sanctum) modeling per-department ownership via a maintainer-status pivot with answer-reuse logic, plus a JSON-diff change-request/approval pipeline — 77 active departmental users, 12 models, 125 routes.
    • Developed the Balai Teknik Penerbangan portal on Laravel 13 + Inertia.js + React 19 + TypeScript, with dual SSO (ICAP OAuth2 + Fortify 2FA fallback) and role/impersonation across Hubud/Btp/System scopes.
    • Own 72 migrations / 52 models / 49 controllers on the BTP codebase, including a 17-model PPID module and activity-audit logging via spatie/laravel-activitylog.
    • Building core billing modules for ICARES, an internal PNBP platform for DJPU's Finance Bureau — SIMPONI (BRI) payment-gateway integration via SOAP/ESB, queued jobs with a per-minute scheduled status sync, and PDF/QR invoice generation ahead of go-live (64 migrations, 54 models).
    • Leading development of PLD, a Go microservices + Next.js/TypeScript member portal (3 services: user, integration, scheduler) — JWT auth with rotation/revocation, TOTP/MFA with device-trust risk tracking, and a multi-step service-access approval workflow; deployed via Docker/Kubernetes with GitLab CI/Kaniko and ArgoCD GitOps (~84 routes, PostgreSQL, MinIO).

    • Automated flight-schedule/airline/aircraft-type sync against Kemenhub's Hubud API, PDF/Excel export, XML sitemap generation, and a rate-limited public PPID/complaint module.
    • Extended the same multi-tenant pattern to Microsite OBU: granular RBAC (spatie/laravel-permission), OAuth2 SSO with encrypted callbacks, a custom cache-invalidation layer, and a GitLab CI/CD deploy pipeline.
